    How to Sign Up

    Signing up is easy and simple. First fill out and fax us the Application Form .

    If you have a valid email address, we will then email the startup directions and additional information to you .

    If you do not have a valid email address, we will FAX the startup directions and additional information to you. You will however, need to have a valid email address before we can activate the application.
